I'm interested in hearing opinions on Playas as a second home condo destination, including obvious thoughts on safety, future growth and prospects, beach and weather -- all of which I've researched as much as I can from afar.聽 Thanks.

I have a friend who will be staying in Playas for a month looking at real estate and seeing first-hand how it would be to live there. She was there in May just for a day and said she thought it would be at least a few years before it is developed but was interested in exploring the area further, thus her plan to stay there for a month. Will keep you posted on her thoughts and findings while she is living there for the month of July.

Thanks! Tt's not Salinas and the question is whether it is making sufficient steps in the right direction to becoming a desirable beach community for expats.
