can a foreigner buy property in Suriname?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Suriname?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

Dear madame,
A foreigner can buy property in Suriname.You have a lot of real-estate-compagnies who can help you.
In Suriname there is Dutch law so everything you can arrange by the notary. On google you can find how much fee they will ask you for everything,
