Hi all. Any Mercosur citizens on this forum? I'm a US citizen and my wife is citizen of a Mercosur country, which should make us eligible for Uruguayan residency. But we don't know how much paperwork it involves, how much of the process we have to do in Uruguay vs here in the US, and, especially, whether we can manage it ourselves or it really requires an attorney's touch.
