�� Typical Responsibilities

Ìý

Provide customer support via email, chat, or phone

Ìý

Troubleshoot and resolve issues

Ìý

Assist with bookings, payments, digital accounts, or online products

Ìý

Log cases accurately in internal tools

Ìý

Identify customer needs and perform upselling when relevant

Ìý

Review and moderate online content

Ìý

Support business advertisers and small businesses (marketing roles)

Ìý

Ensure a professional and positive customer experience

�� Requirements

Main language at C1/C2 level (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Danish, etc.)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Availability for full-time schedule (40h/week, 5 days/week)
