We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an international customer support team in Lisbon, supporting users of a leading global sports betting and gaming platform. The company operates across multiple international markets and serves millions of customers worldwide.

Your Responsibilities
Ìý
Provide customer support via incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media
Ìý
Assist customers with:
Ìý
Account setup and verification
Ìý
Login and technical issues
Ìý
Payments and financial inquiries
Ìý
Platform navigation and general questions
Ìý
Act as a knowledgeable consultant for customers within the sports betting industry
Ìý
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and professionally
Ìý
Build strong, trust-based relationships through clear and friendly communication
Ìý
Candidate Profile
Ìý
Dutch language: C2 / native level (mandatory)
Ìý
English: B2 level
Ìý
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (mandatory)
Ìý
Interest in sports and online platforms
Ìý
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ìý
Confident using computers and MS Office tools
Ìý
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Ìý
Available to work rotational shifts
Ìý
⏰ Working Hours

Monday to Sunday
Ìý
08:00 – 23:00
Ìý
Rotational shifts
Ìý
2 rotating days off per week

Salary & Benefits
Ìý
Base salary: €1,100 gross/month
Ìý
Paid 14 times per year
Ìý
Complexity bonus: €80/month
Ìý
Paid 11 times per year
Ìý
Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day
