A leading educational resources and learning solutions provider across the GCC, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.

�� Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including local & international purchasing

• Coordinate with suppliers, publishers, and logistics partners

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company policies

• Track deliveries, follow up on pending orders, and ensure timely fulfillment

• Maintain accurate procurement records, pricing, and vendor databases

• Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams for smooth order execution

• Support cost optimization, vendor negotiations, and inventory planning

�� Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

• 2–3 years of experience as a Purchase Executive / Procurement Officer

• Experience in educational resources distribution , books, or learning resources is an advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
