We've built a process where our Client Experience Representatives run beautiful, considered design briefs and presentations with every client. By the time you step in, the client has been heard, understood, and shown something they genuinely love.

Your job is to make saying yes feel easy.

Ìý

Not to push. Not to pitch. To listen to what's still open, speak to what they already responded to, and bring the project home with confidence and care.

What you'll actually do

Pick up the relationship after the design presentation — warm, not cold

Have focused phone or video conversations that move clients from 'I love it' to 'let's do it'

Negotiate on price and specification in a way that feels like partnership

Explore real objections — budget, timing, partner alignment — before reaching for a discount

Hold the value of the design without becoming defensive

Keep it seamless with the CXR team so the client journey never skips a beat

We want closers from consultative, high-value environments — not traditional sales floors:

Premium kitchen & bathroom design consultants (Sub-Zero, Gaggenau, Bulthaup, Boffi, Miele) — structurally identical to this role

Luxury hotel sales managers (events, weddings, group, corporate) — close six-figure bookings consultatively

Architectural product reps (tapware, stone, specialist hardware) — already in our channel

Luxury automotive, yacht, or aviation advisors (Porsche, Bentley, NetJets) — six-figure considered-purchase selling

Bespoke travel consultants (Abercrombie & Kent, Black Tomato, Scott Dunn) — close by matching product to taste

Not cold calling — every client has been through a warm, considered design process

Not high-volume or transactional — quality of conversation beats quantity every time

Not for pressure merchants — they consistently fail here

The interview

One round. A roleplay — a post-presentation call where the client loves the design but pushes back on price or wants to defer. We watch whether you explore the real objection before reaching for a discount, hold the value without getting defensive, and offer flexibility without devaluing the design. If we're aligned, we move fast.
