About

I am from the United States and I came to Asia in 2008. I am a basketball and a tennis coach. When you squeeze an Orange, Orange juice comes out - because that's what's inside! I'm not good at acting mature or acting good but there's a big difference between acting and being. Also many can act good or mature when things are going right but its the times when they arn't that will prove if he or she really is mature. Most people move into relationships to be loved, rather than to be loving. Since most people were not loved as children and their parents did not role model loving themselves, they believe that it is getting love that will make them feel the best feelings - the best about themselves. Religion and Love is not about getting, it is not about getting more money, getting happiness or getting peace of mind. You are not a baby anymore, both Religion and Love is about GIVING, GIVING onto YOURSELF and to others. learn to give love to yourself. Be an adult, dont go around each day whinning and asking others for hand outs or attention We are either running to or we are running from. Running to happiness or what we think will make us happy or we are running away from pain and disappointments. Two kinds of relationships. One is the one when we lack something (happiness, security, acceptance) so we go out and take it or do something to convince them to give it while the other kind of relationship which is all about being able to give what we already have inside to a special person and not expecting something in return for it. How are we able to see we have faults ? Through relationships with friends and lovers we have the opportunity to notice what we lack or have to get ride of. Alone we will not be able to notice. If we are feared cause we get angry and if we control others as a mad king does then in every relationship they will always agree with us or they will be too afraid to point of wrong doings. People find various ways to get themselves to sleep. Many have sex and the ones that dont want to have sex then find ways such as over cleaning, cooking, reading, or talking to wear themselves out so they can sleep. others drink and do drugs to pass out. Dont stop when you are tired, you stop when you are done.
