Hello everyone! My name is Vanessa, I am 33 years old and I live in Pontoise. I lost my job in December, and did a skills assessment. My partner and I decided after careful consideration to move to Asia from April 2015. We are going to take a 2-week preparatory trip in December, and we would like to meet French people in the country (because we have lots of questions! :) ), to help us a little. We are mainly concerned about finding work, the rest seems quite simple... Davy works in pest control. Do you know if there are any national or international companies to contact? For my part, I manage subcontracting contracts, and just to have another string to my bow, I plan to do qualifying training to be a chef! Besides, if you have any contacts, don't hesitate. Mon père (gendarme) a fait 3 ans là-bas. J'avais entre 5 et 8 ans. Mes principaux problèmes étaient que ma mère me prépare une mangue qui était tombée de son arbre, ou encore comment j'allais appeler les moutons du champ derrière la caserne... Petit paradis pour un enfant!
Lors d'une pluie particulièrement forte, avec 2 autres gamins, nous avions pris nos mini-balais (pourquoi nos parents nous en avaient donné??), et nous avions nettoyé un mur de bâtiment. Qui s' est avéré encore plus sale...

Trop petite, je ne me rappelle pas grand-chose à part un scolopendre qui marchait sur le plafond au-dessus de ma tête en pleine nuit. Une sacrée trouille quand on est gosse.
