I am a French sailor and author. I arrived solo on my small sailboat in 2007. In 2011 I swapped it for a house on the banks of the Rio Negre. I am trying to develop the tourist aspect of my adopted pueblo because it is magical apart from being an essential tourist center for those who love nature and exoticism. With Uruguay, I discovered my second land.
