About

That's it, we're finally there!!! La Marina 6 km from Guardamar del Segura, 25 km from Alicante airport, since the beginning of August 2015. We bought a "chalet" (small villa) 6 years ago where we would spend much-anticipated holidays 3 times a year. Christmas at lunchtime on the balcony (or rather on the terrace) is common and does not involve Easter with firebrands as in France. Region declared as one of the best in the world from a climatic point of view by the World Health Organization (WHO). No industry around so no pollution and practically no rain (only 30 days per year!). No storms or hurricanes... Warm seas (28° on average) in July-August. What could be better? This suits us perfectly. We wouldn't go anywhere else for the world. You just have to look for the perfect place sometimes not that far away and I think we found it!

We are going to live there permanently at the beginning of August 2015. And can't wait!!!!
CONSULTANT AND REAL ESTATE
The climate, the light, the people, the welcome, the restaurants, the taxes (and yes even that!!!), the events and activities (very often free), the very diverse sporting activities, the sea of course with its beach of fine, blond sand 14 km long bordered by a pine forest classified as a World Heritage Site by the U.N.E.S.C.O., the seaside walks, the nightlife...
Nothing to say.
