Hello to all!! I left France at the age of 19, I was thirsty to know something else, to discover who else I could become. I lived 8 wonderful years in Saint-Martin, I raised a family there and learned to really love the hotel and catering professions. Following a change in my personal life, I decided to join my parents in the Dominican Republic in 2005 (themselves expatriates there since 2000)... No regrets, my life turned upside down, I learned and became a new person: meeting humble, simple, very poor people, with such basic life priorities, I would even say survival. And there I reevaluate my priorities, my conception of life, and I have the feeling of finally starting to live my real life!! The years pass with ups and downs, but mostly ups hahaha...I lived for 8 years in Cabrera on the magnificent north coast of the island far from the tourist traps. I am developing my professional career, also opening a large gymnasium in my village, my 2 dolls are growing up in the best conditions, I believe, for a childhood, close to nature and real things... Finally with my love of "Papi" (Dominican) we make a difficult but carefully considered decision, we are going to live in France for a few years, to finish the education of our children; the goal being to offer them as many options as possible for their future. Readaptation to a developed country: very very difficult, but we are getting there, we have been in France for more than a year, but our heart is in the Republic; we went there on vacation in October and will always go very regularly that's for sure, it's a NEED... Our retreat will be under the coconut trees of Playa Grande: Si DIOS QUIERE!! Blessings to all...
