Agreed. My exemption was unfortunately refused on a 2 day over sight on owning the vehicle (my fault). Probably could've appealed it but as explained I can now legally sell my car if i choose now that the tax is paid and its actually worth far ... Read More

As far as I'm aware you can still apply for exception if you have owned the car for more than 2 years, this I believe is still the case as I met someone who had also gone down the same route. I understand your situation and we all make our own ... Read More
