Initially in 2011, we wanted to do a tour of Europe along the coasts in a campervan (van designed for mobility). It鈥檚 been +/- 20 years of motorhome use. Most of the trips to France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Slovenia and Catalonia. Friends were in Portugal in December with +/- 21掳C so we joined them there in Olhao in the Algarve. It was a discovery and we decided to come back and stay there (medical reasons requiring maximum heat). The atmosphere of the small town and the people is extraordinary. Courtesy, welcome, kindness and that which does not affect the cost of living. We make the most of our environment.
