Hi! I just received the decision of UDI regarding my family immigration application and it is denied. We are planning to appeal for it. Is anyone here experienced the same situation that I have?

It doesn't matter what kind of visa you have. As long as it is valid, you can get married. With fiancee visa you have to get married during the 5 first months. Then you can apply for family unification, and stay until it has been processed. Read More
