Phnom Penh, Cambodia
My partner has a job offer in Cambodia in Phnom Penh. He arrives in August and I follow him at the end of the year.
I am very impatient and curious to be in this country. We know that expatriation is not easy and that we are going to have difficult times... but we have to work and we think that life in Cambodia must be pleasant if we live to the rhythm of this country. I like reading your experiences, whether positive or negative... Do not hesitate to share your experience with me.
I am an accountant in a construction parts company. I hope to find work in Phnom Penh.
Maybe in an NGO, I want to make myself useful in this kingdom.
The people are very smiling, welcoming...life seems to be pleasant there if you live at their pace.
I'm dreading the rainy season... but it's not a big deal!!! Just water????
