hello, currently I live in Besan莽on in France, I met my future wife from Dipolog city in Manila, I would like to take steps to marry her and perhaps settle permanently in the Philippines for my retirement but I hear a lot of negative things about the marriages of Westerners with Pinays, I need advice, opinions...thank you
