For 3 years, I have been going to Thailand, where I have friends in Chiang Mai and a friend in Lampang. In short I visited Bangkok, Hua hi Ayutthaya, Chiang Rai, Lampang, Chiang Mai which I prefer for the drier climate and its charm. I intend to live in Thailand and I would like to know the tax and health care conditions and possible Thai naturalization. Thank you for any information.
