Lived 10 years as an expat in Ivory Coast. Now in a relationship with a Vietnamese woman of my age, vacations in Vietnam often (lovely family in Bin Quelle and Tai ninh) with whom I get along really well. Retirement project on PhuQuoc Island. Small house and garden would be enough for us. For scams etc. I am well versed with Abidjan.
