Yes, you don't need to go back to the Philippines for your MVV. I also have the PH nationality and I applied for my MVV in Japan. :) So, in your case, you can indeed do it in Germany. Best of luck! Read More

As long as they don't send it back, indeed that is fine. The ind scans the papers we submitted to them to put in their system anyway, so as long as it is readable and clear, it's all good. :) Read More
