I live in the north of France, I am currently going through a divorce - I do not work I will have to meet my needs the compensatory allowance which will be allocated to me during the divorce as well as a certain sum due from the sale of our house - I have been to Monastir several times and it is a city that I like, I have made friends with some families from Monastir with whom I am still in contact - No longer having any ties to the north of France, I am considering possibly coming to settle in Monastir with my friends - So I am looking for what steps I should take
