Good morning. My name is Alain. My wife is from Reunion. We are each 62 years old, very soon :) We had always wanted to come and live in Reunion. The fear of not finding work held us back. So we came on vacation to the family. Our last trip is very recent since we returned to mainland France on October 20, 2017. That's probably what made it click, I think. In addition, we have both been retired since the beginning of 2017. Nothing could stand in the way of our project. Owners of our house, we put it up for sale. First visit, tomorrow Monday January 8 ;) At the end of this sale, nothing or almost nothing will prevent us from coming to Reunion. It's still a bit of a headache for me, especially in terms of the carrier that I will have to contact. In fact, I have some pieces of furniture that I care about and that I would like to take there. We read a lot of things on the internet about this. Some good and some not so good. For example, personal effects and the interior of cars arriving all 鈥渕ouldy鈥�. It's scary all the same.
