I had the pleasure of evolving as CEO at the H么tel Relais des Plateaux, which was a great first professional experience in Madagascar. The Filatex group mandated me to carry out a rehabilitation project and conceptualization of a new hotel concept and ensure the opening of the Grand H么tel Urban. The opportunity to discover a new type of hotel activity in Nosy-Be was offered to me within the Home the Residence establishment with the mission of optimizing the organizational and internal functioning of the teams then taking the position of project manager to create the future 30-hectare activity base intended for the establishment's customers.
I am currently looking for a position in Madagascar, within an establishment with a motivated team open to new forms of work in the hotel industry which will allow the said structure to differentiate itself from the competition, to benefit from a new dynamic and to use service tools adapted to new customer needs.
