About
I arrived in Montreal in 1969, from Brussels (Belgium) to study architecture and I stayed there having found my soul mate, a family and a welcoming country. I was able to raise my family there, set up my business (in IT/geomatics), buy my cabin in Canada (a piece-by-piece house dating from 1830, moved from Ontario and up to Lanaudi猫re at the edge of beautiful waterfalls), enjoy beautiful cross-country skiing, idyllic canoe camping and hiking. For 7 years I have been a real estate broker and I love helping buyers, mainly newcomers, to make their dreams come true and make good choices in Quebec. Here in Quebec, my services are completely free for buyers because there is a law that governs brokerage and requires the sharing of the commission due to the listing agent (who represents the seller) with the collaborating agent (who represents the buyer). In addition, as a welcome gift, I offer to pay the notary fees (an approximate amount of $900) on behalf of the buyer!
If you need advice, to discuss neighborhood choices, legal issues, questions of construction, architecture,... don't hesitate!
