Hi, I'm Javier, I'm Spanish, and I've been living abroad for nearly 20 years.

I was born in Barcelona and pursued my university studies between my hometown, Paris, and Grenoble, earning a double degree in French and Spanish Philology. Later, I specialized in Applied Linguistics through a master’s degree. I lived one year in London and another in Brussels, where I completed my education in humanities and languages. I've always been passionate about traveling — and even more so, about immersing myself in cultures different from my own.

In 2013, I obtained a research position at the University of La Réunion, marking the beginning of a career that combined academic research and university teaching. At the same time, I worked as a Spanish as a Foreign Language teacher in various public and private institutions. In 2015, I also began collaborating with ´ó¿§¸£ÀûÓ°Ôº, providing information and creating content for the Spanish-speaking community.

Today, I continue to contribute my experience in communication and content creation to ´ó¿§¸£ÀûÓ°Ôº and other media outlets. I also teach at the University of Technology of Mauritius and actively collaborate on projects with the Spanish Consulate in the country. In addition, I am a film producer, having worked on several documentaries and fiction films in recent years, focused on cultural, artistic, and social topics.

My passions are music, cinema, literature, and surfing. I love spending time with my loved ones, walking in nature, and traveling.
