We arrived in Portugal on 08/13/2019 in order to experience "something other" than what we had previously experienced. We were, however, in a very privileged place but our departure is not linked to the place (even) if we were looking for more sun but essentially to the ambient state of mind of this country. Our project is to live in a simpler, more friendly environment and to offer our family the opportunity to get to know a much less complicated people. Our first experiences are very positive, particularly with regard to the people we met in the different administrations and who have always listened without aggression and made the effort to express themselves either in our language or in English.
