I would like to buy an apartment in Rio Grande Do Sul, to spend part of my retirement since I am spending another part of my retirement in France, in Perpignan, in the Pyrenees Orientales.
Rio Grande Do Sul seems to suit me because it is not very far from Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay
