You would need International insurance for the beginning. After the inspection has expired it would need to be registered and imported properly. If you are moving to Serbia you can import it as part of the household goods with a tax free percentage. ... Read More

That not a problem. But as an AmCit you are still required to file a tax return and an FBAR every year. You can have 2 citizenships without a problem. But retaining you citizenship is not a problem living here. PM me if you have further questions. Read More
