French, I was born in Oran on February 22, 1944 in former French Algeria and I had to reluctantly and urgently leave my native land for the motherland in July 1962, just after the massacres of my pied-noir compatriots...

After wandering for a year on the French Riviera with my parents and my sister, we went to the capital where I lived there for 20 years, first in the suburbs in Fontenay-sous-bois (92), Champigny-sur-Marne (94), Saint-Germain-en-Laye (78), Brunoy (91) and Longjumeau (91) then in Paris in Montmartre (19潞) and rue Bayard (8潞) until July 1981, when I left the capital to respectively live in Salies-du-Salat (31), Saint-Gaudens (31), Arcachon (33), Montpellier (34) then Vauvert (30).

Systems engineer in IT hardware/software and telecommunications, I created my first company in 1970, my factory in Longjumeau in 1975, my Public Relations and Press company on the Champs-脡lys茅es in 1979, then respectively OGiL Syst猫mes, OGiL Chimie, OGiL 脡ditions and OGiL Team International.

High-level kayak athlete, INS 1966, I also practiced sailing, diving, gymnastics, ping-pong, tennis, golf, horse riding, car rallies and pleasure aviation.

I have traveled a lot, especially in Asia and Africa.

Before leaving Paris, I created the 1st International Rally of Tunisia, car-motorcycles, which I organized from October 23 to 26, 1980.

Victim not responsible for a serious road accident which cost the life of my darling daughter aged barely 10, I underwent six surgical operations and a long convalescence resulting in two years spent in a wheelchair then on crutches, and I abandoned motor sports for equestrian sports.

In the provinces, I built a telematics server center on which I developed and hosted numerous T茅l茅tel applications, the ancestor of the Internet, used by the famous Minitel including: the 3614 Smeso, Smerep and Andorre, the 3615 Caf茅couette, Canter, Carvin, Comminges, Immotel, Lourdotel, Mercier and Sia, as well as 3617 SnpPsy.

International judge, I have computerized several European equestrian events (Arab Horse Show, CSO, Dressage, Team-penning, Barrel-racing), in Germany, in Belgium (including one national championship), in France (including eight national championships and two European championships), in Spain (including six years consecutive national championship), and in Italy for five years.

For 12 years, from 1984 to 1996, I collaborated at the Horse and Pony Show and the Agricultural Show for which I was responsible for the results of all the competitions including the annual World Championship of purebred Arabians, produced by software packages that I developed specially and which also allowed live broadcasting on my telematics server center, then I invented and organized the Arabian Master events until the organization of the first European championship.

Retired since 2004, it was after selling all my possessions that I came for love to settle in the Philippines in 2008, by the sea, in San-Remigio, on the island of Cebu, where my life now passes, peaceful and serene with my loving wife, far from the crowds and the noise.

My main intellectual activity today is almost limited to writing, started in 2016 with 12 books published to date. I took up the game because it is my only possibility of maintaining close links with my wonderful mother tongue which unfortunately I can no longer practice on a daily basis.
