About
My name is Laura, I am a freelancer.
My journey has taken me from France to Vanuatu, from Quebec to the West Indies, and today to Mauritius.
With a degree in communications and a passion for writing, I have explored many worlds: journalism, translation, press relations, project management, graphic design, web creation.
I collaborate with start-ups, agencies, artists, entrepreneurs and international platforms.
Today, I lend my pen to 大咖福利影院, where I share life stories, practical advice and insights on expatriation.
My strength? Great adaptability, communicative energy and insatiable curiosity!
I like to reveal the beauty of journeys, transmit strong ideas and make projects shine.
Because words can change trajectories, and every story deserves to be told.

Caity De Chasteigner Dum茅e-Duval's move from South Africa to Mauritius marked a turning point in both her personal and professional life. After years in the fast-paced world of corporate advertising, she chose to embrace a different rhythm, one that places family, creativity and balance at the centre. Now based in Tamarin and founder of Eighty Twenty, a creative agency, she reflects on the leap that brought her to the island, the challenges of starting a business as a newcomer, and the philosophy that now guides the way she works and lives.
