Hello everyone, Finally we have been in Thailand since July 15. Installed in Dararat's house in Chakaphong, we unwind and prepare our land next to the family house to build our "home". For those who don't know our history, I met Darat (Thai diminutive) in a Buddhist Pagoda association in Toulouse. She had been working in France for 10 years. Great luck for communication and goals. I have just retired, my former job as a travel agent made me want to do a "bed and breakfast" to help people discover this region and share culture and tradition. Darat having worked here and in France in a large hotel group. For now, ride with our new mountain bikes, swim and clear the land. See you soon Claude and Darat

Retirement with project to build our house and guesthouse bungalows. We already have a small house.
Travel agents allowed me to choose which country I would like to live in for my retirement.
The cool life, the religion, the always friendly people, the culture, the food and the warmth of the welcome
For the moment nothing because above all let's not forget that we are not at home and that we must above all understand and assimilate culture and traditions before judging. If one thing, the differences in prices at the tourist level for farengs (example on the train for menus ect....)
