About Activity

I am French with Mauritian parents. I lived in London for 6 years. I have lived in Mauritius for 3.5 years. I came to live here for a real estate project (long long project...)... Former accountant turned online French teacher. My life completely changed in Mauritius. I would have been delighted to meet other French people.... but I don't live by the sea & I don't look "French" & I am perfectly comfortable with my two cultures.... so if other people would be in the same situation as me.... don't hesitate.

Stressful life - expensive - lonely - very little blue sky - not enough sun! London is financially taxing when you are solely responsible for your household.

Has anyone had to do any renovation that have required an electrician or plumber. It seems everyone is a professional until the job gets under way...then it's clear they are cowboys! Can anyone recommend anyone?

I just had water pump problem - and luckily found a plumber specialised in that - he's not expensive and did an honest job. but for renovation works I go with Tetracon I had my share of cowboys.... being a single woman doing works here... Read More
