I work in CasCade restaurant, Ubud.
I give cooking lessons to gourmet people.
I am head chef in fine dining restaurant, Ubud city, Bali
meet indonesian people,integrate this new culture, travel around the island
Wonderfull people, very helpfull. I like everything here, working here is a no stress therapy. the forest in Ubud, the beasch in the South and diving spot in the North are just great. I only miss bahasa but Balinese people speak good english most of the time. i felt in love with bouddhist ceremonies.

As the offer was a fake, I decided to stay a little there as people really like the french cuisine.
As I visit several hotel restaurant, I finally found chef giving cooking lessons.
As I carefully introduced myself, they give me availability to run on my own their cooking lessons.
