About

Hello, everyone, I intend to live outside of Spain in a few years and my two favorite destinations are Southeast Asia. (Laos, Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia etc) and South America (Paraguay, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, etc.), so I will be looking at various countries learning about their customs and informing myself about everything related to my project. My idea is to start a hospitality business; purchase, rent or transfer, (cafe, coffee shop, nightclub, pub, etc.) in a medium-sized city (100,000 to 500,000 inhabitants) with a university or tourist area or business area. I am looking for a developing country without problems of violence, whether urban, guerrilla or state, that respects "the law" and that is moderately civilized (car insurance, for example, that I am not exposed to major natural disasters and I have a good climate. I am 52 years old, separated with two children who are already teenagers, I like Martial Arts, Traditional Chinese Medicine, everything related to holistic health, integral and organic nutrition. I practice I have been following a basically macrobiotic diet for 15 years and I really like the sun and good weather. Once I have decided which country best suits what I am looking for, I will visit it first for a while before investing and establishing my residence. Here the important thing is to be advised on everything related to work permits, residence, contracts, licenses and other bureaucratic administrative issues.
Interests: deportes, clima, , cultura, naturaleza, comida

Setting up a hospitality business, in principle it can be for rent or transfer, with the idea of buying. The same with housing, rent first and the idea is to buy.
I have been working for 35 years as an administrator and manager of several nightclubs in my city, I am an artistic director, concert programmer, sound technician, music critic (15 years working in the radio) and I love working, whatever I do, I try to do it as best as possible, even if it is sweeping.
I still don't know.
