Ho chi minh city chinese consulate
Hi Fed, I did try contact to China Consulate in Vietnam before, but it seems operator only work like 4pm onwards few hours. Its very difficult to reach them. Good Luck anyways. Perhaps you can get a local agent to help you on this. Read More
