She was born in VN, has birth certificate, has family there but I know nothing about family book.She has been in UK for more than 20 years and only visits family once or twice a year so I doubt her name will be in any book. Read More

@Mac68 Technically because my wife has a UK passport which states her nationality is British Citizen I am not sure if she is also a Vietnamese citizen.I will ask the embassy when we go to get our VECs Read More

Thanks for the info. I missed that line about roaming number when i did a quick skim of the form. I wrongly assumed that when i verified my info it was sent to the 鈥榩owers that be鈥� who would check it then send back a code to the VN sim. Read More
