Yes, no rents I see advertised for Spanish flats mention a separate council tax.... its the same in Gib, landlord pays rates and management fees... Its all rolled up in the rent - unlike some UK rentals where you pay council tax separately... Read More

hi, I phoned the Gib Lloyds a couple of weeks ago, they said you can't open a Gib A/C until you are resident there, but you can continue to use use UK A/Cs in Gib with no charges for cashpoints etc... Gib A/C checks anyway are cleared in the UK... ... Read More
