Retiring at the end of the year, we reserved land in Hua Hin and are having a house built by a European developer which will be ready around the end of March. What interests me through this forum and especially through the experience of the different commentators, is the chronological order of the steps to be taken knowing, for example, that I have two little dogs who will follow us. The big departure is planned for early January to follow the work. We are also leaving at the end of September to take some haunts. Your feedback will be very valuable to us. Very cordially Dan
