I have finally left the worst island in the world in my eyes (MAYOTTE) and I am finally living again. I don't have to worry about who is behind me or if I am not going to be attacked in the street for a cell phone or a chain around my neck or something else (despite the fact that we are not safe from anything) but here at least I am with almost honest people since we can live as we want and even try to make it useful which has not been possible where I was.
I'm going to take advantage of this time to see my family and friends and go out and party.
And then prepared my next destination which for what the question is going to be a difficult choice since I still have the choice either Corsica, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon or Russia two islands or the continent.....
I hope this time I can live in harmony with people and enjoy visiting without fear.

I've finally found some peace and serenity with my family, my friends and I think I really needed it.
well!! it's a big city and we know the disadvantages of it: noise, pollution and the world of a large megacity.

So there, I arrived saying to myself, this is an island that is charming with its lagoon, its S-shaped pass and the scents of ylang-ylang without forgetting the coconut trees and these beautiful beaches,
so lots of projects but the more the days pass the more complicated life becomes.....
Professionally a real challenge, the meat here all comes straight from URUGUAY almost nothing from mainland France so no professional butcher even no slaughterhouse so imagined,
I said to myself with my experience I am going to benefit the young Mahor茅 and again it is a problem just a CFA and the person who is in charge of recruiting a professional has been telling me since October it is for next month we are on this date in April so I am wasting my time here.......
It's going to be hard because everything is complicated here, the beach is not safe, the walk in Mamoudzou is not safe, going out in the evening you have to completely forget, etc etc etc.........
I know you're thinking, but why didn't I leave sooner and again it's difficult to say, I always had the hope of being able to do my bit to make Mayotte an almost perfect island.
Here we live in a golden prison, criminal acts are committed every day not so long ago a 38 year old man was killed for a bag he leaves behind a wife and a 13 year old teenager and I can't tell you all here I could come across as a defeatist or paranoid but I'm telling you about my adventure here in Mayotte and I have something else to say but...........

I thought when I got there that my life in the sun would have been pleasant, both professionally and privately, but life is becoming disillusioned with the job I do.....
I didn't find anything especially with my experience or with a salary compared to the minimum wage so it's not easy
The island is magnificent, you can have some nice encounters, it's really something to see on vacation, beyond that you have to think twice...
It's the feeling of not being welcome and a little insecurity always all closed in the evening

I thought I had found my dream job, a position of responsibility which was great at the start, then what a disappointment not to have been able to do my job as I wanted

completely exotic compared to the previous island where I was the sun in abundance a humid but bearable heat and without forgetting the downpours which looked like a wall of rain I had never seen that.
I met some really nice people with whom we had a good time, thanks to them once again
There was no bar on the window luckily there was too much to see but a bit of theft and insecurity in certain areas so you have to be careful where you go especially in the evening.

For a French person it's the dream, the big space, the quiet life and above all you have to remain humble in this country like the sound of the Quebecois (s) want to see everyone try, I wanted to enjoy this life....
My professional life was a real surprise. I met companies who wanted to know what was going on outside their country and I took the opportunity to learn their way of working, a truly great experience.
Walks, Hockey, the banks of the Saint Lawrence, Gasp茅sie, Quebec and its ramparts without forgetting the old town.
Finally, to be honest, I loved them all, I was never bored in this corner of the world.
And the Quebecers are super welcoming people, kind and don't make you feel like you're a foreigner, a real joy, I'm sure I'll come back to see them.....
Thank you very much to everyone I met, I will NEVER forget you.
Here I might be surprised but really nothing negative to say.
Just a comment to give you an idea about Quebecers, they want to please others so much that sometimes I had the impression that we were taking advantage of them.
Just saying that when we go to a country it's up to us to adapt, not the opposite.....
