The person writing to you is a Peruvian (Lambayecano) who has fallen in love with a beautiful Venezuelan woman (Maracaibo).. she was recently here but had to return for procedures at the University.. (Thesis, title) I hope to travel to your country if God allows it next year so that she can come with me.. and well I am writing to see if any of you with similar experiences can guide me on the procedures that I have to carry out when she comes to Peru to live.. paperwork and stuff.
