I'm Italian and Ive just recently relocated to Sweden and I've already started to study the basics of Swedish language. I know enough English to be able to communicate with customers, but it's not as perfect as I would like; I am working on improving it. At the same time I consider myself a very ambitious and humble guy, I know my qualities. I'm a dynamic man with many interests. What prompted me to leave my country and come to Sweden was the desire to learn this fascinating new culture, language, habits, and at the same time to improve my English skills, in order to achieve my working goals in a Country where the State works well and rewards people that deserve it. During the past years I have gained work experience in various fields, mostly in the area of business management and sales. I have a good attitude to work in team, I'm able to organize work and I have very good people skills. After the degree in Business Studies, I obtained some qualifications in Real Estate, in Civil and Commercial Mediation, as well as courses of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in order to improve my ability to interact with the customers and to establish with them a rapport based on empathy. I have good computer skills, using Windows operating system, IOS knowledge, Microsoft Office suite and various graphics-editing programs. Conscious that in order to start an ambitious working career people must be able to do the most menial and simple jobs, in my life I worked both as employee and as a team leader and finally as a manager, until I managed a real estate company. Over time I learned about both the employee needs and the employer needs. From these experiences I have gained my life's motto: "before you run fast you have to learn to stand and walk." So Im ready to start from the beginning.
