My name is Lorenzo Mosti, I'm 32 years old and I come from Tuscany. I am a young Executive Chef who is very passionate and eager to grow professionally through new and important life and work experiences. In January 2015 I started collaborating as a consultant chef with Zadna International Company Restaurant (Saudi Arabia) for the realization of an important project in the catering field in Riyadh. Subsequently I was hired, with a three-year contract and role of Executive Chef, by the Saudi company for which I still work. The working context that I experience every day has made me very satisfied, I have a kitchen team of 10 chefs in which I have invested a lot of technical/practical training, and carte blanche for the creation of the menus. However, the tools at my disposal limit my maximum culinary expression. I consider myself a dynamic, imaginative young Chef with a great desire to test myself to improve every day. My cooking philosophy is based on maximum cleanliness, organization, respect for seasonality and freshness of raw materials. It is very important for me to work on food costs and in compliance with company standards regarding the training and management of staff, purchases and the quality of the services offered. My highest goal is customer and company satisfaction.
