I have been working the Gambling Industry for over 10 years. Throughout these years I have contributed towards the attainment of good results in almost every places I have been working in. I am a motivated and skilled operator focusing mainly on customer satisfaction. I always ensured the right management of the accounting procedures, a daily interface with the company, and a constant reporting; to verify and implement the procedures was also my duty , along with employees shifts schedule, analysis of the competitors and micro-marketing issues. During my last experience and I also took care about the promotion of the corporate Online Gaming website, so I dealt with registration issues, documents verification, providing informations about games and promotions, trying to inform every customer about the advantages that the online gaming platform could give.
During my customer care experiences I dealt with problem-solving about computers, pay TV, telephony, ADSL and networking, Smart TV, decoders, etc., and I gained a pretty good knowledge in managing customers by phone , always being aware of the high standard requested by the company in terms of timing and quality of the call.
Furthermore I have a certain ability in using various CRM (Siebel, AS400, Avaya).
I'm fluent in English, and I'm able to speak also in Spanish, French, and of course Italian as mother tongue.
I live in Italy, and I'm doing all my best to find a new goal in my life after losing my job (due to economical reasons), so I am deeply motivated in moving to the UK, because It's my dream since I was a kid.
