About
Hello!
My name is Nancy and I am from the US, but currently living in Lima, Peru. I will be moving to Bamako, Mali in August, 2012. I am a teacher and will be working at the American International School of Bamako. I am currently working at Colegio Roosevelt, the American School of Lima. I have been teaching for 20 years and my specialties are school counseling and special education.
I have a wide variety of interests. I love exploring and think Africa will be a fabulous place to do this. I have never been to Africa before, so the entire continent is new and exciting. I also love to meet new people, and enjoy hanging out with them eating, drinking wine and playing games. Music is very important to me and I enjoy singing and making flutes. Being from the state of Colorado in the US, I really love the outdoors and enjoy hiking and camping.
I'm looking forward to my move to Mali and beginning this next chapter of my life!
Interests: hiking, camping, writing, singing, reading, music, art, good wind, food, exploring
