I have land in rural Chiangmai and want to build a tiny house on it. I found a contractor who is willing to build it for me for 300000 THB. Brick walls, concrete floor, bathroom, tiled. Is it an okay price or way too much?
After doing some research and asking around with other contractors, the price of 300000 thb for the 20square meter house seems okay. It could be a bit cheap or expensive based on how well it is made. I guess i will go for this price and I might have ... Read More

@Simonbolton My parents in law will fit in it:) Right now they live in a tent, so it will be an upgrade for them. Also thank you for mentioning those knockdown houses. I looked into them and it seems they all range in the same price category. Read More
