Hello expats, I'm from Hamburg and was mainly traveling in France and Latin America before I dedicated myself to my family "obligations". Nevertheless, my heart beats for the cultural diversity in the world and I hope to be able to work internationally again soon. I am currently writing my master's thesis on the topic of "Intercultural coaching for expatriates during their stay abroad". I am particularly interested in the intercultural challenges that expats overcome. I would like to find out what contribution intercultural coaching can make to the success of a successful work assignment abroad. I would be very happy to read about your experiences.
