You obviously did not read the rules available to you before you clicked the "I agree" box when joining.

You need to post number of informative, topical posts on other sections of the forum before your message system is activated.

You have not, as yet, posted enough times on other areas of the forum to have your message system activated. Posting here will not count.

Your participation, the same for all members, is valued as long as you follow the rules in post #1 on this thread, write informative,聽 topical posts and do not cut and paste( this is considered to be spam on this forum) then you are on your way to becoming contributing member of the forum.

Until you do so and follow rules laid out here on post#1 and the forum code of conduct then your message system will not be activated.

Simply posting one line replies on threads will not count towards activation.

There will be a reason for the lock. Cut and paste, offensive posts or messages etc.

You can have you system reactivated by posting a number times on other sections of the forum with informative topical posts. After a time your system should be activated.

If this does not suit you then you click on 'contact us' at the bottom of the page and ask to have your account closed.

The forum has a process in place for all members to follow and as such will not bend these rules to suit an individual.

Actually, it's great.
The forum used to have a massive problems with spammers trying to engage in a variety of rubbish from selling language lessons (commonly disguised as meets), pimping, offering sex, demanding money for non-existent jobs, sex pests after women, and a whole suitcase full of criminal activities, but these 'unbelievable' rules have stopped the vast majority of that lot.

Sorry but if the rules were to be made flexible then this would then mean more admin staff and resources to police it. With over 2 million members and more joining everyday this is not an option.

I understand that new members do make mistakes, like cut and paste but this is considered to be spam and it is written in the forum rules which you all should have taken the time to read before you clicked on the "I agree " box when joining up.聽 It is also written in post #1 here on this thread and has been explained time and time again on this thread.聽

You are not blocked.
As a new member you have not posted enough times to have your system activated. Posts need to be informative and topical. Posting here will not count towards having your system activated.

So you have sent the same message to different people which is against the forum rules and now you are blocked. Need to read the forum rules.
