Yes you will be able to do that, but if you don't currently live in Botswana it might be challenging getting a work and residence permit to come here. The easiest way to get into Botswana is to register a company, do a business plan to show that you will be employing locals. The other way is to get a job offer locally. So you might have issues getting your permits in this case. I would recommend you register a company and have a second job locally through your company. What type of work do you do to the US?
