How do I get a UBA account here in Yaound茅 Cameroon

I recieve Social Security from America. I can have some of that money directly deposited into a bank account here. But most banks here are untrustworthy. I acquired an account with Africland Bank some years back. I deposited $50,000cfa to start just to be safe. Next day the $50,000cfa was gone. I did not have 1cfa in my account. I had heard of this corruption here. So you can see my concerns. But I hear UBA is suppose to be a reliable Bank.

i did open an account in UBA

i had to deposit 5000 to open it with 1500 of taxes every month

the first month it was 3000 fcfa of taxes

i did not return in UBA


let the money in usa and use android app like taptap send or western union to receive money
