Starlink in DRC

Has anyone bought or imported Starlink in DRC yet? Where did you buy and do they keep stock? I am looking for the mini kit.

In lubumbashi and Kinshasa the cost is around 450

I looked into Starlink a couple of years ago for a house I have about 12 km north of Bukavu, in South Kivu province. The equipment was not the issue, the concerns were the stability of the signal with the weather (cloudy and rain a lot), and slower than expected download and upload speeds. We have Internet (not sure of the provider) at our apartment in Bukavu and it's good for business functions (I work remotely from there to the US). If you are in a city, I'm not sure you will get any better service with Starlink compared to the commercial satellite Internet service providers
